Afghan influenced 15 min VEGAN recipe💚 Quick & tasty meal for busy and lazy people like me 😉⁣

450 g precooked potatoes⁣
1 can of red kidney beans 255 g⁣
1 can of butter beans 240 g⁣
1 vegetable cube⁣
5 tbsp olive oil⁣
1 tbsp tomatoe paste (tomatenpuree)⁣
1 tbsp paprika paste (paprikapuree)⁣
2 tbsp my self made fried onions *⁣
2 cloves of garlic⁣
1 tsp chili pepper⁣
1 tsp coriander powder⁣
1 tsp turmeric⁣
200 ml of water⁣

Sauce ingredients:⁣

200 ml of yogurt⁣
1 clove of grated garlic⁣
2 tbsp lime juice⁣
2 tbsp  water ⁣
Salt to your own taste⁣
1 tsp chili pepper⁣
1 tsp mint powder⁣
Mix everything well.⁣

In a large pan add oil, fried onions, the potatoes and the herbs.⁣
Then mix in the paprika and tomato paste and add the water with the vegetable cube and stir it. ⁣
Close the lid and let it simmer for 7 minutes on medium temperature.⁣
In the meantime drain the beans and wash with water. Add them to the potatoes and let simmer for 5 minutes on low temperature with closed lid.⁣

Serve with the yogurt sauce ,salad and bread and enjoy!⁣
