As requested by many here is the recipe for 🍌🥖Bananabread
You can make this tasty and healthy bread adding any fresh or dried fruits.
150 g of flour
100 g oatmeal
100 ml yogurt*
100 ml of sunflower oil
100 g raw cane sugar
50 g chia seed
50 g pecan nuts
1 baking powder
2 vanilla sugar
1 tsp cardemon
Pinch of salt
1. Ensure that eggs and yogurt are at room temperature.
2.Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
3. Save half banana and 4 pecans for decoration on top of the bread.
4. Mash the rest of the bananas with a fork. Mix the eggs with oil, sugar and yoghurt well then add the flour, oatmeal, baking powder and vanilla sugar and the mashed bananas. Mix everything for 5 minutes and finally add the other ingredients and mix again briefly.
5. Pour the batter into a cake mold. Add the halved bananas on top with few pecans.
6. Put the bread in the middle oven for about 45 minutes
7. Then take out of the oven, cover with tinfoil and bake for another 15 minutes (this is necessary so that the top of the bread does not burn)
8. Take the bread out the oven and let it cool off, then sprinkle sugar powder on it and enjoy!
