Chai Massala – A Healthy and Tasty Tea
Good for improving your immune system, against infections, common flu, coughing, diabetes, weight loss.
Caution for people with allergies: Don’t drink more than a glass a day.😊👩🍳💙
• 200 ml water
• 100 ml milk or vegan alternative (almond milk)
• 2 green or black tea bags
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• 6 cardamom
• 3 tbs honey
• 5 black pepper pieces
. small pieces of fresh ginger or 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
. 1/2 star anise
. 1 tsp anise seed
. Pair of cloves
Add the water in a pan containing the herbs en tea bags on low heat to boil for 15 minnutes.
After add milk and bring to boil again. Finally add honey and pour you Chai Massala. Enjoy and stay healthy!
