Delicious turkey recipe with veggies

Ingredients:
– 500 gr turkey breast filet
– 150 gr shiitake mushrooms,
– 1 paprika (half yellow half green),
– 1 onion,
– 3 garlic cloves
– 1 chilli peper

Ingredients for the marinade:
– 3 tablespoon (tbs) apple cider vinegar,
– 3 tbs (olive)oil
– 1 tbs salt.
– 1 big tbs indian tandoori spices
– 1/2 tbs coriander seed powder,
– 3 chopped garlic cloves,
– 1 lemon juice and zest.
▪Step 1. Marinade the turkey breast filet. Leave it at least for 1 hour. The longer, the better (you can prepare the meat the night before).
▪Step 2. Chop the vegetables
▪Step 3. Fry the vegatables
▪Step 4. Add the chicken broth to the veggies (1/2 tablet)
▪Step 5. Fry the turkey for 20 min on low heat
▪Step 6. Mix the turkey with the veggies and enjoy 👩🏼‍🍳💙
