*EASY* Delicious samosas. Here is my recipe. I love to serve this at parties as it is easy to make and to eat😍👌 Samosas – Puff pastries filled with minced meat (lamb/beef mixed)
Total cooking time: 40 minutes

Ingredients: Puff pastries, 250g minced meat, one piece onion, black pepper, salt, ground coriander seed
Step 1 – Preheat the oven on 220 degrees – 15 minutes
Step 2 – Take the puff pastries out of the freezer and defrost
Step 3 – Cook the minced meat together with the onion (fine chopped) in sunflower oil (1 tbs) – 5 minutes
Step 4 – Add the spices to the pan, quantity to your own preference
Step 5 – Cut the puff pastries in four rectangular shapes
Step 6 – Place (1 tbs) of minced meat on each cut puff pastry and close the edges using a fork
Tip: Make sure to let the meat cool off for 5 minutes before placing it on the pastries
Step 7 – Leave in the oven on 220 degrees – 15/20 minutes (until color turns light brown)
Step 8 – Enjoy! 👩🏼‍🍳💙 .
