Filled croissant with spinach and feta cheese.
An easy and tasty meal with ready-made croissant dough.
-1 croissant dough
-Feta cheese 200 g
-Spinach 400 g
-Spring onion (green part)
-1 tbsp olive oil
-1/4 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp black pepper
-1/2 tsp coriander powder
1.Preheat the oven on 190 degrees for 15 minutes
2.First bake the spinach with all the vegetables and herbs with olive oil for 5 minutes and sieve the spinach until it’s dry
3.Then mix the spinach with feta cheese
4.The dough consists of 6 triangle pieces, cut this in half to make 12 pieces of it.
5.Put the ingredients on the dough and roll them up in sesame seeds
6.Place the croissants on baking paper in the center of the oven for 15-20 minutes until they’re golden brown.
