Grilled Chicken with Veggies!
A nice and tasty dish. For these gloomy times.
Total cooking time: 30 minutes
-1 kilo of chicken breast (alternatively fish or meat) -1 zucchini
-2 red onions
-Half red and yellow green bell pepper
-Meat bouillon (maggi)
-1 red chili
You can use any kind of vegetable you have at home.
Alternatives are: aubergine mushrooms and chicory(witlof)
1. First cut the chicken into large pieces and marinate with yogurt and salt, garlic lemon juice & grater, few lemon ring, tandoori powder, black pepper ginger powder olive oil.
2. Then cut the vegetables in portion sizes according to the pictures.
3. Massage all the ingredients with olive oil, maggi meat bouillon, pepper, fine chopped parsley and garlic coriander seed powder.
4. Finally bake everything in a grill pan until it gets gets gold brown.👩🏼🍳💙😊 enjoy!
