The method of work How to make pistachio cake
1- To prepare the cake: Cover a circular cake pan with parchment paper.
2- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
3- In an electric mixer, put the flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, crushed pistachios, soft butter, cardamom, eggs and vanilla.
4- Mix the ingredients on a medium speed for about a minute.
5- Turn off the mixer and add the yogurt.
6- Mix again for 30 seconds.
7- Pour the mixture into the pan and foam it up to be even.
