🥗 It is time for a very easy & nutritional meal ready within 30 minutes. Healthy and fresh green bean salad(vegan) with salmon. (سالاد فاصلیه با ماهی)
▪For the salad
– 120 g green beans
– 3 bell peppers in red, yellow and orange
– 1 cucumber without seeds
– Couple of tomatoes without seeds
– 1 groen sour apple (if desired)
– Few tasks of mint
– Few scraps of coriander and parsley
– Few red peppers
– Red wine vinegar (سرکه انگور)
-Pine nuts and sesame seeds to finish
▪For the dressing:
– 5 tbsp Olive oil
– Two tbsp salad herbs
– Lemon juice
Wash all ingredients. Cut and cook the green beans al dente for 5 minutes then rinse under cold water and drain. Let the onions soak in vinegar.
Cut all other vegetables into equal parts. Grab a large bowl add add and mix all ingredients with seasoning spices. Add the dressing and mix well, then sprinkle with the pine nuts.
Season the fish with salt and herbs.
▪For the salmon:
– 500 g frozen salmon
– 4 tbsp olive oil for frying
– 1 tbsp Garlic powder
– 1 tbsp Chili pepper
– 1 tbsp salt and black pepper
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the salmon on both sides for about 6 -8 minutes.
*A good tip avoid fish from sticking to the pan is to use parchment paper like shown in the picture. Garnish with sliced lime, chili peppers and few tasks of parsley. Enjoy this easy & healthy meal.😊👩🍳💚
