Nasi (برنج باسبزیجات )
My own way to make tasty rice within 30 minutes without any preparations.
Perfect recipe if you don’t know what to prepare for dinner after a busy day.
Do you have a wok pan? Then you are ready to make this recipe now.
– 2 cup of basmati rice
– 3 cup of cold water
– 1 packs Nasi vegetable 450 g (finely chopped leek, white cabbage, carrots, red onions, bean sprouts and red pepper.)
– 2 cubes of vegetable broth can also be meat broth
– 5 tbsp oil
– 1 tbsp turmeric
– 1 tbsp rice spices
1▪ Wash the rice well with warm water. In a wok pan add 3 tbsp of oil then the washed rice, one and a half cup of water and one and a half stock cubes. Stir it, close the lid until the water is cooked.
Then lower the temperature and let the lid closed for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes add the herbs and the rest of the water and close the lid for another 10 minutes at low temperature with simmering plate or flame divider (steel teapot holder) under the wok pan.
2▪ In the meantime, briefly fry the nasi vegetables except bean sprouts with a tbs of oil and half of broth cube.
Add the fried veggies to the rice and then the bean sprouts on top and leave for another 5 minutes.
Garnish with lemon, a few leaves of coriander or parsley and chili pepper. I like to serve it with Greek yogurt. 👩🏼🍳💙😊 enjoy!
