DIY Pumpkin seeds🎃
In autumn we eat a lot of dishes with pumkin. Lots of the pumpkin seeds go straight to the trashcan and that is such a pity.
Pumpkin seeds are very healthy and are rich in antioxidants, iron, zinc, magnesium and many other nutrients.

You can loosen the seeds very easily by putting the seeds in a large bowl and filling with cold water. Go through the seeds with your hands and all the seeds will float on water. Collect with a sieve, drain and dip dry before roasting. The same applies for melonseeds
Roasting the pumpkin seeds is very simple. You can spice it up with spices to your prefrence.
What you need:
Pumpkin seeds of one or two pumkins
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp of all these herbs:
Fine sea salt
Mix everything well together in a bowl.
Spread the seeds on baking paper and roast in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 -25 minutes until crispy. You can also roast in flat pan. After its cooled store in a jar at dry spot.
