It’s time for a delicious radish salad, which is one of my favorite salads 🤗.
This is amongst my recent recipes for the hot summer days. It’s easy to make and healthy. You can use all kinds of vegetables and herbs, but the most important ingredients is the beautiful radish.
– Bunches of radishes
– Mint leaves
– 200 ml Greek yogurt
– Pair of lettuce leaves (different types)
– 1 piece of green pepper
– Half a cucumber
– Himalayan salt or natural sea salt
Remove the seeds from the cucumber and tomatos and cut in dices.
Chop all ingredients finely, put everything in a large bowl and mix all the ingredients with yogurt.
Season with salt and garnish with the thinly sliced radishes and a few mint leaves.
Serve with rice and enjoy😊👩🍳💗
