Also know as Salad Olivieh.
This salad is very tasty summer salad. You can make it the day before and take it out just before serving out the fridge. Delicious with a barbecue or just to spoon out. You can prepare this salad in larger quantity and store it for a week in the refrigerator. If you choose to do then add the eggs a few hours before serving.
What do you need:
2 + 1 boiled eggs *
1 cup of frozen peas
1 jar of small pickles
3 large tablespoons of mayonnaise *
For the dressing:
2 tbsp Lemon juice + a spoonful of olive oil + 2 large tbsp mayonnaise
Salt and black peppers to taste
Olives black and green for decoration
1. Peel the carrots and potatoes and cut into small cubes and cook until tender. Then cut the boiled potatoes, carrots, eggs together with the pickles into smaller cubes.
2. Put all the ingredients together in one bowl, add the mayonnaise dressing and season with salt and pepper.
3. Let the salad cool completely in the refrigerator before serving.
You can also add sausage (from the Turkish store) to the salade for extra flavor. 👩🏼🍳💙😊 enjoy!
