Savory cupcakes

Easy made and savory cupcakes to enjoy with friends and family!
There is a muffin for everyone’s liking to put a big smile on your face 🙂

The filling ingredients can be according to your personal preferences and whatever you might have left in your fridge 😉

Ingredients:
– 10 eggs
– 60 ml cooking cream
– 1 tbsp black pepper
– 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
– 1 tbsp garlic powder
– 1 tbsp salt (as preferred)

For the filling:

– Spinach
– Mushrooms
– Grated cheese
– Cherry tomatoes
– Black and green olives
– Sausages or boiled chicken fillet
– Boiled potatoes
– Red onion
– Fresh coriander or parsley
– Chili pepper
– Paprika
– (Baking tray for 12 Muffins)

Preparation:

Grab a large bowl and stur the eggs with the cooking cream and add all the spices and salt together and continue to stur them together.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
Grease the muffin tin and dust with bit of flour. (🤦‍♀️I made some in paper shapes which was not a success 🤣 so I advice against it…)

Fill each shape with your favorite vegetables, combine them and distribute the egg mixture on top and sprinkle cheese on some of them.

Place the muffin tin in the oven in the middle and bake for 15 minutes until they get golden brown.

Finally serve with salad, lime and olives
