The most delicious vegetarian crispy snack in 15 minutes
YES! I am talking about pakawra or pakora 😍. Here is how like to make these. Besides potatoes you can use also other veggies.
What you need:
Potato slices 300 g
Asparagus 100 g
1/2 large white onion
Few green chili pepper
Chickpea flour 250 g
White flour 125 g
Cold water 250 ml
Garlic powder 1 tbsp
Korkoma 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Chili pepper 1 tbsp
Salt, with black peppers 1 tbsp
Baking soda 1/3 tspp
Sunflower oil 500 ml for frying
First sieve the chickpea & white flower. Take a large bowl and mix all ingredients well with a whisk.
Make sure the oil is hot. Dip the ingredients one by one in the dough and then fry in oil until golden brown.
Serve it while its hot with spicey chutney and enjoy!!! 😊👩🍳💙
