Today we have spicy Crunchy Chicken Wings and Legs that tastes like KFC😉
Chicken wings and legs – 2kg
*Self-made chicken spices
*Self-made Sunflower oil – 750ml
White flour -200g
Bread-crumbs – 400g
Yoghurt – 400g
Ginger – 50g
Salt – 3 tbsp
Single garlic clove
Garlic powder – 1tbsp
Smoked paprika powder – 1tbsp
Cayenne pepper – 1tbsp
Step 1 – Marinade
Mix the grated garlic, ginger with the chicken spices with yoghurt and salt and leave store in fridge overnight.
Step 2 – Layering
Before frying, mix the marinaded chicken with the eggs in 200g flour.
Step 3 – Prepare the crunchy crust
Mix the bread-crumbs with the smoked paprika powder, cayenne pepper, salt and garlic powder.
Heat the oil on mid-temperature in a large pan (or wok pan) and roll the chicken in the bread-crumbs piece by piece and fry until golden brown.
Serve with patatoes and a salade😊👩🍳💙
